Multicultural Team Leadership – Starts Monday, May 18th
This course will equip you to build collective unity around a common vision as well as take into account the diverse cultural aspects of the team members. Emphasis will be placed on the leader’s development of qualities and skills necessary to navigate a multicultural team well. (1 credit)

Cross-cultural Mentoring and Teaching – Starts Monday, May 18th
This course will guide you to contextualize your coaching and teaching style for the learner. The WORD and deed will be merged together in praxis to live the truth of Jesus’ teachings contextually using active learning such as proverbs, drama, music, and dance. (1 credit)

Assessment and Planning for Community Development– Starts Monday, May 18th
This course provides an overview of the basic principles and practices for conducting effective community development program evaluations. Content includes measuring variables, reporting evaluation findings and using results. The course will also address the relationships between policy, planning and evaluation. (1 credit)

The Practice of Holistic Ministry– Starts Monday, May 18th
This course introduces principles that students can use to help their organizations develop ministries that are more effective and more holistic. The class will focus on characteristics of organizations that offer dynamic holistic ministries and the development phases that they need to go through to enhance their holistic ministry initiatives. (1 credit)
