Cross-Cultural Coaching & Teaching
This course is Part 3 of 3 in the Intercultural Holistic Discipleship course series.
Contextualize your coaching and teaching style for cross-cultural learners in this 4-module mini-course. We’ll explore active learning tools such as proverbs, drama and music as well as intercultural mentoring and coaching skills.
You’ll earn 1 academic credit if you successfully complete this course with a demonstrated 80% proficiency. By completing all three courses at an 80% proficiency, you can articulate 3 credits at no additional cost toward an academic degree at Crown College.
What you’ll learn in this course:
- Understand the importance of building relationships with people from another culture and modeling Christian behavior in their context.
- Appreciate and respect the people and culture of your host country.
- Accompany believers of another culture as they journey toward Christ.
